1) Remove dust and dirt residues from the product with a lint-free, dry or only slightly damp microfiber cloth.

2) Every 3-6 months, the surface should be cleaned and maintained with a suitable protector. This protects the material from UV radiation and prevents material damage.

3) Avoid using a brush.

4) Avoid contact with sharp-edged objects.

For orders outside Europe it is important to give the 100% correct address (Latin letters!) and telephone number.

Customers from the following countries must add this information to the address:

- Japan / Mexico / South Korea must enter the so-called "NumberCadastrode Pessoas Físicas(CPF) or Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica(CNPJ) or PCCC" or the passport number.

- Italy: Codice Fiscale(CF) and its Posta Elettronica Certificata(PEC)

- China: Identity card number

Check the zip code: Make sure that the zip code you enter matches the address stored at your bank exactly. This also applies to small differences, such as spaces.
Update your address at the bank: If you have recently moved, make sure that your bank has saved your current address including your new zip code. Otherwise there may be problems with payment authorization.
Select an alternative payment method: If the zip code is correct and the problem persists, try another payment method. Payments via PayPal or another card often work.
Contact customer service: If the problem persists despite these steps, the store's customer service can often help directly and offer options.

Our 20-year warranty covers the repair or replacement of LOULEX products in the event of functional damage that impairs the use of the item, as well as demonstrable defects in manufacture or workmanship under proper use.

Functional damage such as:

Dissolved seams on receipt of the product
Zipper is jammed / zipper is not properly processed
Problems with strap fasteners/rings
Defective products
Problems with buttons

The materials we use are characterized by the highest quality and are both robust and durable. With the right care and attention, you can prevent all damage.

Nevertheless, normal signs of wear and tear as well as damage caused by improper handling and/or willfulness, such as cuts/scratches during use and damage caused by chemicals, are excluded from the warranty as they cannot be repaired.
